This contemporary display-scape was created for a traveling Jean Prouve architecture and furniture exhibition. Digitally designed and manufactured as an interlocking set of modular units, this unique architectural membrane is a spectacular example of a new era of ornamental design in architecture today.
(16) Piece modular unit measures (19′-11 3/4″ (6.09 m) wide x 44′-5 7/8″ (13.56 m) long x 1′-5 3/4″ (.45 m) high x 7′-6 1/2″ (2.30 m) high). A series of CNC milled foam units received an epoxy resin skin and twelve coats of high-gloss blue industrial-grade paint finish.
This contemporary cladding skin is available in thin-shell reinforced concrete, epoxy resin and urethane plastic in any assorted color. Ideal settings for this feature piece include: executive rooms, conference rooms, commercial lobbies or as an exterior façade for a new or existing building.
